St. Louis, Mo., April 8, 2013 – S. M. Wilson & Co. President Amy Berg has received the 2013 Woman of Distinction Award from the Missouri Athletic Club. The award honors professional women who through their leadership, character and professional achievement have enriched the St. Louis community, served as positive role models and demonstrated excellence in business and community service. Amy Berg is one of six women in the St. Louis area to receive this honor in 2013.

St. Louis, Mo., February 15, 2013 – Joe Moos and Paul Hayhurst have joined S. M. Wilson & Co. as Project Manager and Project Engineer, respectively.

3/26/2013 - S. M. WILSON CHANGES CAMBRIDGE ROOFING SYSTEMS TO CAMBRIDGE WILSON & CO.

St. Louis, Mo., March19, 2013 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has changed the name of its wholly owned subsidiary Cambridge Roofing Systems to Cambridge Wilson & Co. (CWC) and put a new management team in place to more closely align the two companies’ shared culture and resources.

3/26/2013 - S. M. WILSON CHANGES CAMBRIDGE ROOFING SYSTEMS TO CAMBRIDGE WILSON & CO.

St. Louis, Mo., March19, 2013 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has changed the name of its wholly owned subsidiary Cambridge Roofing Systems to Cambridge Wilson & Co. (CWC) and put a new management team in place to more closely align the two companies’ shared culture and resources. CWC has an office in Littleton, CO and specializes in storm-related residential and commercial roofing repairs, as well as military roofing projects across the country.

1/23/2013 - KRIS RIEDY PROMOTED TO PROJECT MANAGER AT S. M. WILSON & CO.

St. Louis, Mo., January 21, 2013 – Kris Riedy has been promoted to Project Manager at S. M. Wilson & Co. He is responsible for all administrative and management functions to deliver construction projects, including organizing, scheduling, planning, motivating, controlling and completing the building program.
