Bid Package includes Bid Package #3 – Interior Bid Package. Bid date for Bid Package #3: Expansion Joints, Overhead Doors & Grills, General Trades, Building Signage, Speed Rails, Baler, Center Atrium Scaffolding, Mezzanine Stockroom Shelving, and Landscaping & Irrigation will be Thursday, August 24, 2017, @ 2:00 p.m. CST. Bids may be faxed to (314) 644-2050 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All bids MUST be submitted on the future Bid Form, to be issued in Addendum #01.
Anticipate the remaining (Fixtures Interior Finish) Trades Bid Package to be issued in Late August 2017.
There is no Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Bid Package #3 at this time. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be announced for future bid packages.
Construction Start is 6/19/2017 and Building Turnover is July 2018. The Project Schedule is based on a 6 day work week schedule.

The Construction Manager reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest and best bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids.
