S. M. Wilson & Co. has promoted Ryan Perryman, LEED AP to Project Director. He will be responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight for a variety of construction projects and project teams while continuing to support sales and pre-construction efforts in the company’s Industrial Market segment.
Since joining S. M. Wilson in 2004, Perryman has been part of project teams that have built more than $200 million of construction in the company’s industrial and retail market segments. He is currently managing more than $38 million in projects in Missouri, Texas and Arizona. Perryman also serves on the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis Construction Leadership Council Steering Committee and is a member of the Southern Illinois University Alumni Association Board of Directors.
