S. M. Wilson has hired Dan Hoffman and Neal Buschmann as Project Safety Managers, Dave Boeger as Estimator and John Peterson, P.E., as Mechanical Engineer. All four are construction industry veterans with nearly 30 years of experience in the field.
Hoffman and Buschmann will be responsible for communicating safety policies to all subcontractor employees and ensure that projects are in compliance with all applicable safety laws and codes. They will also support project superintendents in planning work activities to eliminate safety hazards on the jobsite. Hoffman holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and has more than 30 years in industrial/construction safety and health management. Buschmann studied Business Administration at St. Louis University and has 37 years of construction industry experience.
Boeger will be instrumental in assembling cost estimates and developing constructability reviews and value engineering studies for projects. He will also develop interest in projects among the subcontracting community and solicit MBE/WBE contractors for projects. He pursued General Studies at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville and has 36 years of construction industry experience.
Peterson will provide administrative oversighton all mechanical and plumbing systems, as well as provide coordination for the installation of systems and the mechanical contractors. He will also troubleshoot any problems that arise with the installation and design of the mechanical systems. He earned a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University, and has 34 years of construction industry experience.
