Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) has been a leader in providing comprehensive primary healthcare to the residents of South St. Louis City since 1969. S. M. Wilson & Co. was brought on board very early in the planning stages of this project and was able to help the Owner select the Architect. S. M. Wilson performed extensive pre-construction services to help the Owner design the building and bring it within their specified budget.

The one and a half story, 15,836 SF medical office facility includes eight doctor’s offices with waiting areas and exam rooms, a dental operating suite, operations support areas, counseling offices, laboratory space and a pharmacy.
