Projects for the school have included renovations of the Westminster Quadrangle, a new 8,700 SF multi-purpose student activity center, dormitory renovation, LD department and renovations of the existing Robertson Dining Hall. In 2002, Reinhardt/Wilson provided construction management services to a 40,296 SF of renovations to the existing Coulter Science Center building as well as a 40,000 SF addition. The three-level, state-of-the-art science building includes a new atrium surrounded by wet and dry laboratories, classrooms and a renovated auditorium.

In 2008, S. M. Wilson & Co. completed the new 16,5000 SF Beta Theta Pi fraternity house and the new 14,000 SF Quad Residence Hall and Commons.
