Building Program

S. M. Wilson & Co. has worked on many projects for the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District. A new $8.5 million two-story elementary school was built to hold approximately 500 students and includes a joint cafeteria/gymnasium, 25 classrooms, an art room, music room, library/media center and administrative support offices.

A $9.5 million high school and early childhood center renovations project involved roof replacement, replacement of windows and doors and renovations to the restrooms at the ECC. The high school included renovating existing classrooms, gymnasium and locker rooms, new roofs, replacing windows and doors and a new library.

The $9.6 million project included renovations of the high school’s auditorium, kitchen, gym lobby and central offices as well as additions to the early childhood center’s gym and library.The latest $4.1 million project incorporated renovations at the high school and the construction of a new addition/renovation to the existing gym at the ECC.
