The 38,000 SF Physician’s Office Building I includes office space for rehabilitative services, cardiac diagnostic services and gastroenterology services. Also included was 24,000 SF of interior renovations, including the expansion of physician space, consolidation of orthopedic services and relocation of diagnostic cardiac catheterization services, operating room support and administrative patient care.

S. M. Wilson also completed new two-story office buildings, Prairie Pavilion I & II. Prairie Pavilion I consists of offices for pediatrics, orthopedics, behavioral medicines, fresh start, occupational health, sleep lab, family practice and hospital office space. Prairie Pavilion II consists of offices for orthopedics, sports medicine, massage therapy and physical and occupational therapy. It also includes space for a home health hospice, HR and training classrooms.
