ST. LOUIS, MO—
S. M. Wilson & Co., a St. Louis-based construction management and general contracting firm, has promoted Kyle Gustafson to Project Manager, Jeremy Hutfles to Project Superintendent and Tyler Baumgarth to Assistant Project Manager. 

Kyle Gustafson, who recently served as an Assistant Project Manager, joined S. M. Wilson in 2021. Since then, he has worked on retail and educational projects. His projects have included the Ladue School District Master Plan, Dry Goods in Pittsburgh and Phase 2 of the Pattonville School District 2022 Building Program. He has also been a dedicated member of the company’s Collegiate Development Committee.

Jeremy Hutfles recently served as an Assistant Project Superintendent and joined S. M. Wilson in 2020. During this time, he has worked in multiple sectors. His projects have included a Target remodel in Jefferson City, Jefferson Middle School Addition and Renovation in Springfield, Illinois, and the Mercy Lebanon Healthcare Clinic. Most recently, he has been working on the Jefferson City School District’s Early Childhood Center project since last spring.

Tyler Baumgarth joined S. M. Wilson in 2024. He has played an integral role in his time with the Columbia Public Schools (CPS) team. For the last six months, he has primarily worked with the Columbia Area Career Center (CACC) project manager on the facility’s addition and renovation. Tyler has also assisted in the Hallsville R-IV School District locker room project, which broke ground this past winter. He will continue working on the CACC project and then move on to the COCA Center renovation project in the fall.
