S. M. Wilson’s Special Projects Division provides construction services to meet the specialized needs of clients with unique, fast-paced projects. The Division serves projects $3 million and under, typically consisting of tenant improvements, renovations, additions, repairs and core/shell services.

The Special Projects Division was developed to formalize these efforts and address the ongoing demand for construction services for specialized projects while maintaining the same high level of service S. Our Special Projects Division is spearheaded by Director of Project Development, Jim Hoette. With more than 20 years of construction experience in project management and pre-construction, he leads a dedicated group of Wilsonites experienced in this environment to provide a hands-on, individualized approach to each and every project.

Self-Performance

S. M. Wilson has a long history of self-performing scopes of work as a general contractor. Therefore, we review the scope from the perspective of a true builder. We have the ability to self-perform concrete foundations, rough carpentry, clean-up, selective demolition, temporary protections, finish carpentry and miscellaneous specialties.

Warranty

S. M. Wilson offers a two-year standard warranty on all of our projects.
